1. Return & Exchange Period Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information) to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unwashed, unused, and free of any odors;

Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted;

The product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached;

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if they exceed the 7-day return window;

If a product presents damage due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized, and the item will be returned to the customer.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, you must first contact us via email at crossborder@slatedish.com. Once your request is approved, the item must be sent back to us, and we will process the exchange accordingly.
Note: The first return or exchange shipping cost will be covered by Slate Dish. However, if you request additional exchanges, shipping costs will apply and must be covered by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items All personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
4. Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at crossborder@slatedish.com before sending your item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
